About Lyndsie Nichole
Lyndsie Nichole Russell earned her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2015 after completing undergraduate studies at California State University, Fresno, where she graduated in 2012 with degrees in political science (B.A.) and criminology (B.S.). Her academic path combined courtroom theory and social science, and it set the stage for a practice that moves between courtrooms and community work.
She began at Miles, Sears & Eanni as a law clerk in 2015 and moved into a lawyer role at the same firm in 2016. Early responsibilities included drafting pleadings, assisting in discovery, and supporting trial preparation. Colleagues describe her as methodical; she has steadily taken on more litigation duties since joining the firm.
Russell is admitted to practice in California and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Outside the office she has held a sequence of leadership and committee roles in local and statewide legal organizations. She has been active in the Fresno County Bar Association since 2015 and joined the association’s Board of Directors in 2022. She has also served on the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association board and held the office of president there.
Her community involvement extends to nonprofit and professional planning bodies. Russell has been a member of Philanthropy Inspired by the Needs of Our Community (PINC) since 2019 and served as service chair (2021–2022), event chair (2022–2023) and president (2022–2023). She is on the Civil Advocacy Institute’s planning committee and maintains memberships in the Consumer Lawyers of California, the American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.
Peers and associates point to her steady participation in bar activities and civic programs as defining features of her career. She combines courtroom work with event organization and service projects. That balance has made her a visible presence in Fresno’s legal circles and in local nonprofit efforts.
She practices at Miles, Sears & Eanni and appears in California state courts as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, where she handles litigation matters for the firm.
