About Luke
Luke Tobis entered law school after undergraduate studies and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2020. He finished law school during a period of rapid change in legal education and began building a practice right away. Classwork and clinic experience at Levin College of Law shaped his approach to casework and client communication.
After graduation, Tobis pursued admission to practice in two neighboring jurisdictions. He became a member of the State Bar of Florida in 2021 and also holds membership with the State Bar of Georgia, established the same year. Those admissions opened the door to handling matters that cross state lines and representing clients with interests in both states.
Tobis joined The Manely Firm, P.C. early in his legal career. At the firm he has worked alongside attorneys handling a range of matters. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing case files and attentive to procedural detail. He has contributed to client intake, drafting pleadings and participating in strategy meetings.
Within the office, Tobis has taken on responsibilities that require regular court contact and client counseling. He has learned to balance research, motion practice and day-to-day client communication.
