About Lindsay

Lindsay Noel built her legal foundation at two Seattle-area schools. She earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Washington. Her academic path prepared her for practice in Washington, where she is licensed to work.

She moved into family law early in her career and rose through roles that emphasized courtroom work and client counseling. Over time she took on more complex custody and financial cases. Those experiences led to her current role as a senior lawyer at McKinley Irvin, where she is part of a larger team handling family law matters across the state.

Noel combines trial experience with settlement work. She represents clients in divorce, child custody, parenting plans, and related family law disputes. Her work requires both negotiating durable agreements and preparing cases for trial when settlement is not possible. Colleagues describe her as thorough in case preparation and direct in court, though she also spends substantial time guiding clients through the practical details of separation and post‑judgment enforcement.

Outside the office she stays involved in the local bar. She serves as a trustee on the Tacoma‑Pierce County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and maintains memberships in the Tacoma‑Pierce County Bar Association Family Law Section and the Washington State Bar Association Family Law Section. She is also active with Family Law CASA of King County, which connects volunteers to cases involving children. Those roles keep her engaged with peers and community resources and inform how she approaches client needs.

Her work at McKinley Irvin places her in the center of family law practice in Washington. She handles contested divorces and custody disputes and works on matters that range from temporary orders to post‑judgment enforcement. Her caseload includes both trial litigation and negotiated resolutions, reflecting the mixed demands of modern family law practice. She currently practices family law at McKinley Irvin, concentrating on divorce, child custody, and related family law matters.
