Leslie Silva earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Sacred Heart University in 2001. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law in 2004. Those formative years set the course for a steady career in private practice across New York and Connecticut.
Her professional path includes leadership roles at multiple firms. In 2009 she became a partner at The Silva Law Group, LLC, an early milestone that placed her in firm management and client-facing responsibilities. A decade later she joined The Colwell Law Group, LLC as a senior lawyer, a role she held in 2019 before moving to Tully Rinckey, PLLC as a partner in 2020.
