About Leslie
Leslie Lenckus built her academic foundation at Texas A&M University, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2012. She moved to California to pursue legal studies at Pepperdine University, finishing both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Dispute Resolution in 2015. Those combined degrees shaped an early interest in how legal rules and problem-solving techniques intersect.
After law school, Lenckus returned to Texas and gained admission to practice in that state. She established Lenckus Law Office, PLLC, and has practiced from that platform since. The firm bears her name and serves clients in Texas courts and forums.
Her dual degrees—J.D. and a dispute resolution master’s—inform the work she does. The Pepperdine programs emphasize careful analysis of legal issues and attention to negotiated outcomes. Lenckus applies those elements in daily practice, weighing courtroom strategy against settlement possibilities and drafting pleadings and agreements with an eye toward clarity.
Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She tends to break complex matters into discrete problems and address them piece by piece. That way of working shows through in client communications and in how cases are prepared. Lenckus combines legal research, document drafting, and case management to move matters forward.
Her practice has involved the kinds of tasks that solo and small-firm practitioners often handle: counseling clients on legal options, preparing court filings, and representing parties in hearings when necessary. She manages case files, meets procedural deadlines, and coordinates with experts or opposing counsel when cases require it.
Outside the office, Lenckus’s academic background in sociology gives her a perspective on the social contexts that often underlie legal disputes. The training in dispute resolution complements that background and informs how she talks with clients and opposing parties. That mix of academic training and practical work shapes how she evaluates risk and negotiates terms.
Lenckus continues to operate from Lenckus Law Office, PLLC in Texas. Her current practice centers on serving clients in the state and drawing on both litigation skills and dispute resolution training to address their matters.
