About Lee

Lee Wallace began an academic path that combined the humanities and numbers. Wallace completed a B.A. at Vanderbilt University, studying English, economics and mathematics. She went on to earn a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1987. The combination of those disciplines shaped a practice that values clear writing and careful analysis.

Wallace is admitted to practice in Georgia. After law school she entered private practice and now works at The Wallace Law Office, L.L.C. Her career has involved courtroom work and participation in professional forums across the state. Colleagues describe her as someone who prefers straightforward legal argument and attentive client handling.

Professional involvement has been a substantial part of Wallace’s career. She served as president of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and continues to participate in that organization. She is a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the State Bar of Georgia. She has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Bench and Bar Committee since 2007. Wallace also serves as a Master of the Bleckley Inn of Court for Georgia State Law School. Her memberships extend to groups that include the American Trial Lawyers Association and Taxpayers Against Fraud, reflecting interests that range from trial practice to issues around fraud enforcement.

That mix of courtroom groups and bar service has informed how Wallace practices law. She spends time preparing cases for trial and working through procedural challenges. She also engages in bar activities that address how judges and lawyers work together on procedural and ethical matters. Her role in the Bleckley Inn and the Bench and Bar Committee keeps her involved in continuing legal education and the professional exchange between bench and bar.

Colleagues note that Wallace balances attention to legal detail with practical case management. She has remained active in state bar circles while maintaining a private practice. In the office she directs case strategy, meets with clients, and handles litigation tasks in Georgia courts. Wallace currently practices at The Wallace Law Office, L.L.C., where she focuses her work on litigation and client representation in Georgia state courts.
