About Lee
Lee Gutschenritter graduated from Samford University in 2005 and earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2008. His legal training combined a liberal arts undergraduate education with three years of concentrated law study. He entered practice in Georgia soon after law school and has remained based in the state since.
He began his legal career at Carlock, Copeland & Stair, LLP in 2010. In 2015 he joined Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, moving into a larger national platform. A year later he became a partner at Finch McCranie, LLP. In 2024 he joined Cash Krugler Fredericks as a partner. Over more than a decade in practice he has worked in a mix of firm environments, from regional offices to national firms and boutique litigation shops.
