Larry Jay Litzky is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Litzky is a Supervising Attorney at The Dominguez Firm, LLP, a law firm located in Los Angeles, California. He has been practicing law for over 25 years, serving clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
Mr. Litzky earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in 1990. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Miami, receiving a Bachelor of Music degree. During his time at Southwestern Law School, he gained practical experience through various internships and clerkships, which contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the legal field.
Mr. Litzky concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law, including arbitration and mediation, asbestos and mesothelioma cases, employment law, and medical malpractice. He represents individuals and families in matters involving catastrophic injuries, workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and medical negligence. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Litzky has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining The Dominguez Firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years, where he gained extensive experience in personal injury and employment law.
Mr. Litzky is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Litzky is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
