About Kyle T.
Kyle T. Green earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2004. He completed a rigorous legal education in Denver and entered the profession at a time when practice demanded both courtroom skill and clear judgment. That academic training remains the throughline in his work today.
Early in his career he moved into public service. In 2010 he served as a prosecutor in the Maricopa County office. That role put him in the courtroom regularly and gave him direct experience handling charged matters under time pressure. He handled investigations, arraignments and courtroom hearings during his time there. The prosecutor’s bench sharpened his understanding of trial procedure and evidence.
After his time in public service he transitioned to private practice. He established The Law Office of Kyle T. Green P.L.L.C. and now serves as its managing partner. In that capacity he oversees the firm’s operations and directs case strategy. The office handles a range of client matters and represents individuals and organizations in proceedings across state lines.
Green is licensed to practice in both Arizona and Colorado. That multistate licensure reflects his professional ties to the Mountain West legal community. He draws on courtroom experience from his years as a prosecutor while advising clients in private practice. This combination gives him perspective on how cases develop from investigation to resolution.
Clients and colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing cases and direct in court. He tends to keep files organized and arguments focused. He prioritizes clear communication with clients so they understand options and likely outcomes. The firm’s work is rooted in practical problem solving rather than theory alone.
Outside the courtroom he manages the day-to-day demands of running a small firm. That includes supervising staff, setting litigation priorities and maintaining client relationships. He continues to appear in courts and administrative hearings in both Arizona and Colorado. He maintains a private practice that handles legal matters in Arizona and Colorado.
