About Kyle
Kyle McGinn built his path to law in the Midwest. He earned a B.A. from Creighton University in 2005. He returned to Nebraska for a J.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law, completing his degree in 2011.
After law school, McGinn entered private practice and spent several years developing litigation and advisory skills. In 2015 he joined McGinn, McGinn, Springer & Noethe PLC as an associate lawyer. There he worked on matters typical for a mid-sized regional firm, gaining experience in client counseling, case preparation and courtroom procedures.
McGinn is admitted to practice in both Iowa and Nebraska. Those dual admissions have shaped a practice that crosses state lines and addresses the legal needs of clients in different jurisdictions. His background in two state bars gives him a practical perspective on regional legal issues and procedural differences between neighboring courts.
In 2022 McGinn moved to Hauptman O Brien Wolf & Lathrop PC LLO, where he serves as a lawyer. The firm role represents a continuation of his work in private practice. At Hauptman O Brien Wolf & Lathrop he has been involved in the types of cases and client matters the firm handles, applying courtroom experience and prior associate responsibilities to his current caseload.
