About Kyle
Kyle Hulten is a Seattle-trained attorney whose career has been built around business and securities matters. He studied philosophy as an undergraduate and later trained in law. Over the years he has combined practice and bar service to shape a steady presence in Washington’s commercial bar.
He earned a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, completing the degree in 2011 after beginning studies in 2008. Before that he studied philosophy at the University of Washington, attending from 2004 to 2008 and earning a B.A. Those two city schools provided the academic foundation for a practice tied to the King County business community.
Early in his professional life he became active in local bar work. He served as Vice Chair of the King County Bar Association Business Law Section in 2012 and then as Chair in 2013. Those roles placed him in the middle of conversations about commercial practice in King County and brought regular contact with other business law practitioners, in-house counsel, and judges.
Hulten also participates in statewide bar activity. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association Securities Committee, a platform where attorneys discuss developments in securities regulation and compliance. His participation there reflects an engagement with regulatory issues that affect small and mid-size companies as well as outside counsel who handle corporate transactions and related disputes.
In practice Hulten handles a mix of transactional and contested matters for business clients. He has worked on contract disputes, corporate governance questions, and securities-related compliance matters. Colleagues describe him as methodical and pragmatic in approaching client problems; he emphasizes practical solutions and clear communication. He balances courthouse work with negotiation and counseling.
He is licensed to practice in Washington and maintains an office at inVigor Law Group PLLC. He currently practices business and securities law at inVigor Law Group PLLC, handling corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters for clients across the state.
