About Kyle H.

Kyle H. Jarzmik earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2008, after beginning his studies in 2005. He built his foundation in a law school known for its emphasis on practical skills and courtroom training. The timeline of his legal education set the stage for an early entry into both private practice and public service.

His first post-law school role was as a project lawyer at King & Spalding in 2008. That position placed him in a busy national firm environment during the first year after graduation. He moved from there into public prosecution work and by 2010 was serving as an assistant solicitor general in Fulton County. The shift brought regular courtroom exposure and hands-on prosecutorial experience in one of Georgia’s most active jurisdictions.

Over the years Jarzmik gravitated toward cases that require courtroom advocacy and procedural precision. He joined the National College for DUI Defense in 2015 and remains a member. That affiliation signals sustained engagement with defense issues around impaired driving and related criminal matters. In practice, he has handled motions, trials, and evidentiary hearings that test both technical legal rules and persuasive advocacy.

In 2010 he continued to refine trial skills in the public sector. Working for the Fulton County Solicitor General’s Office gave him steady courtroom time and the chance to manage a high volume of misdemeanor and traffic-related dockets. That work exposed him to the practical realities of trial calendars, plea negotiations, and case preparation under time pressure.

Jarzmik later opened a private practice. He now operates The Law Office of Kyle H. Jarzmik, LLC. In his own practice he represents clients in criminal cases and traffic matters. He handles pretrial work, plea discussions, and trials when cases proceed that far. Clients encounter a lawyer who has seen both sides of the courtroom process.

He is licensed to practice in Georgia and continues to maintain professional ties through membership in national defense organizations. His career path shows a lawyer who moved quickly from a national firm to public prosecution and then to private practice. Today he concentrates his work on criminal defense and DUI-related cases, representing clients in state courts across Georgia.
