Kyle Dion Kring is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Kring is the founding partner of Kring & Associates, APC, a law firm located at 38 Corporate Park, Irvine, CA 92606-5105. He has been practicing law for over 40 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Kring earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he graduated in 1985. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. During his time at Loyola, he was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in the field.
Mr. Kring concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, and business law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving contract disputes, tort claims, and employment issues. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kring has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Irvine for ten years.
Mr. Kring is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Orange County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Kring is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
