About Aaron

Aaron Fairchild trained first as a psychologist and later as a lawyer. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, listed as a 2005 degree, then completed his Juris Doctor at Western State University College of Law in 2009. Those years mark formal milestones in a career that combines study of human behavior with courtroom training.

His undergraduate background in psychology shaped how he approaches facts and testimony. At law school he built the classroom and skills foundation that would carry him into practice. Fairchild’s path through law school coincided with an era when many recent graduates moved directly into private practice and local bar work, and he followed that route into California’s legal community.

He is a partner at Fairchild & Levine LLP. In that role he shares responsibility for managing client matters and mentoring junior lawyers. His work at the firm spans the everyday demands of running a law practice as well as the longer-term task of maintaining professional standards. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic and steady in handling complex casework and firm affairs.

Outside the office Fairchild stays engaged with professional organizations. He is a member of the Robert A. Banyard American Inn of Court and the Orange County Bar Association. Those memberships provide avenues for continuing legal education, professional discussion and informal mentoring among judges and lawyers in the region.

Fairchild is admitted to practice in California. He has built a practice rooted in the state’s courts and regulatory frameworks. Over time he has taken on roles inside the firm that require both legal knowledge and practical judgment, applying what he learned in law school and earlier academic work in psychology to disputes and client counseling.

He balances casework with the administrative duties that come with partnership, including supervising associate attorneys and helping shape firm policy. His work is anchored in California law and the professional networks of the local bar. He currently practices law at Fairchild & Levine LLP, handling matters that arise under California law.
