About Kristina
Kristina Sanders-Brown earned her law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh in 2004. She moved quickly from graduation into the local legal community in Wisconsin, joining the Winnebago County Bar Association the same year she finished law school.
Her first step as a solo practitioner came in 2010 when she opened the Kristina M. Sanders-Brown Law Office, LLC. Running a small practice taught her the practical demands of client work and the mechanics of case management. It also gave her the chance to try claims and motions in state courts and to build a modest caseload on her own.
Six years after launching her firm, she joined forces with a partner to form Belville & Brown, LLP in 2016. That move marked a shift from solo practice to shared responsibility. As a partner she took on more complex matters and helped shape firm policies and client intake procedures. In 2020 she again helped reorganize the practice into Sparr, Belville & Brown, LLC, where she is currently a partner and co-founder of the present firm structure.
Sanders-Brown’s associations reflect steady engagement in trial and county bar organizations. She has been a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association since 2008. She joined the Wisconsin Association for Justice in 2018 and the American Association for Justice in 2019. Those memberships indicate ongoing participation in professional education and networking opportunities across the state and nationally.
Colleagues describe her as steady in court and pragmatic at the negotiating table. She has handled matters in Wisconsin courts throughout her career and has experience managing cases from initial intake through resolution. Her years in solo and partnership practices gave her exposure to both the business side of running a law firm and the substantive work of litigation.
She remains based in Wisconsin and practices through the firm she helped form. Her day-to-day work involves representing clients in matters filed and defended within the state, and she continues to balance courtroom work with the administrative demands of partnership. Currently she practices at Sparr, Belville & Brown, LLC and handles matters in Wisconsin courts.
