About Kimberly Wolf
Kimberly Wolf Price earned her undergraduate degree at Colgate University in 1992 and completed her J.D. at Syracuse University College of Law in 2003. Those years shaped a transition from public service into law. The combination of a liberal arts undergraduate education and a professional legal credential set the stage for a varied career across public, private and academic settings.
Her early professional life was rooted in New York state government and public welfare work. In 1993 she served as a Senior Regional Coordinator for the New York State Assembly’s Communication Services, a role that involved managing regional communications and constituent outreach. In 1998 she worked as a Legislative Coordinator for the New York Public Welfare Association, where she engaged on policy and legislative matters affecting public welfare programs. Those positions preceded her decision to attend law school and provided practical insights into how statutes and regulations operate in day-to-day government work.
After law school she moved into litigation. In 2003 she joined Clifford Chance US LLP as an associate in litigation and dispute resolution. She later worked as a business litigation associate at Gilberti Stinziano Heintz & Smith, PC in 2006. Those early years in private practice involved traditional civil litigation tasks: research, motion practice, and trial preparation. She gained experience on matters involving commercial disputes and litigation strategy.
Price then returned to Syracuse University College of Law in administrative and career-oriented roles. She served as Assistant Dean in the Office of Career Services beginning in 2010 and later became Director of Externship Programs in 2017. In those positions she managed career services programming, developed externship placements, and advised students on transitions from law school to practice. Her work at the law school reflects a sustained interest in legal careers and training the next generation of lawyers.
She is admitted to practice in New York and is authorized to appear in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York. Her professional affiliations include the Association for Legal Career Professionals (NALP), the Central New York Women’s Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Association.
Price currently practices at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC. She handles civil litigation matters and advises clients on dispute resolution and related litigation issues in state and federal court.
