About Kimberly L

Kimberly L Gozsa built her legal foundation at Southwestern University, where she received her Juris Doctor in 1996. Her path to law began with numbers; she earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Syracuse University in 1992. The combination of quantitative training and legal education shaped an approach that prizes clear reasoning and careful preparation.

After law school Kimberly gained the credentials to practice in multiple jurisdictions. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and in New Jersey. In New Jersey she has earned a professional certification as a Civil Trial Lawyer from the Supreme Court of New Jersey, a recognition that reflects qualification to handle contested civil matters in court.

Her career has centered on litigation. The civil trial certification signals courtroom experience and formal recognition of her trial abilities. Over the years she has handled contested matters that require both legal analysis and courtroom advocacy. Her mathematical background often informs the way she approaches evidence, damages calculations and case strategy.

Kimberly’s work style is methodical. She approaches filings, discovery and trial preparation with an emphasis on organization. She is accustomed to preparing witnesses, briefing complex legal issues and presenting cases to judges and juries. Clients who require detailed factual development and reasoned argument find those elements central to her practice.

She maintains an office in Forked River, from which she meets clients and coordinates casework. That location serves as a base for litigation matters in the region. She continues to handle civil disputes through motion practice and trial, and she manages the procedural and substantive steps that lead a case from intake to resolution.

As of 2026 Kimberly remains engaged in civil litigation and courtroom practice. Her current work centers on representing clients in contested civil matters and pursuing resolution through trial when necessary.
