About Vilson
Vilson Gashi entered legal studies at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. His time in law school included classroom work grounded in New Jersey law and practical training that prepared him for practice in state courts. Graduating from Seton Hall placed him among a steady stream of lawyers who go on to serve clients across the state.
After law school Gashi joined O Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble as an associate. He moved into firm practice at a relatively early stage of his career and has been building courtroom and casework experience there. His role involves drafting pleadings, managing filings, and supporting lead counsel in hearings and trials in New Jersey.
Gashi became a member of the State Bar of New Jersey in 2022. That membership marks his formal admission to practice in the state. Since then he has maintained active standing with the bar and taken on matters that require familiarity with local procedure and rules. His colleagues note a methodical approach to case preparation and attention to procedural detail.
Colleagues and supervising attorneys have entrusted him with discovery tasks, client interviews, and the coordination of exhibits and testimony. He handles the everyday legal work that forms the backbone of litigation and dispute resolution. The experience has given him a working knowledge of case flow from initial pleadings through the motion stages and into trial readiness.
Outside of courtroom work, Gashi participates in professional activities through his bar membership. He keeps current with changes to the law that affect practice in New Jersey and attends seminars and events that the State Bar organizes. That ongoing engagement helps him adapt to shifting deadlines and evolving practice standards.
He remains based in New Jersey and continues his work at O Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble LLC. He currently practices as an associate at the firm, handling matters filed and litigated in New Jersey state courts.
