Kevin Todd Simon is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in both California and Colorado. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Simon is the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Kevin T. Simon, A Professional Corporation, located at 21241 Ventura Blvd., Suite 253, Woodland Hills, California 91364. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout Southern California and Colorado.
Mr. Simon earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, San Diego, where he graduated cum laude. During his time at the University of San Diego School of Law, he was recognized for his academic achievements and commitment to the legal profession.
Mr. Simon specializes in consumer bankruptcy and real estate law. He represents individuals and small businesses in matters involving Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, debt relief, foreclosure prevention, and loan modifications. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Simon has handled numerous bankruptcy cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years. His extensive experience has enabled him to develop a reputation for effectively assisting clients in complex financial situations.
Mr. Simon is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. In addition to his professional activities, he is involved in community service, coaching youth sports teams in baseball, basketball, football, and soccer. Mr. Simon is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
