About Kevin Law
Kevin Law Orloski built a steady legal path that begins in the classroom and continues in the courtroom. He left Cornell University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in government. Five years later he received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Those years set the stage for both public service and private practice.
After law school Orloski entered the practical side of the profession. He served as a law clerk to the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas from 2003 to 2005. That role placed him daily in front of trial judges and court staff, handling research, drafting opinions and observing courtroom procedures. The clerkship gave him direct experience with the mechanics of trial courts and an inside view of how cases move through the system.
Following his time at the county court, Orloski moved into private practice. He is listed as a lawyer at the Orloski Law Office. Public records show he maintains membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar and is admitted in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Those admissions allow him to represent clients in state court and to file matters in the federal appeals court that covers Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and the Virgin Islands.
Colleagues describe Orloski as steady and practical in his approach. He favors clear, direct writing and careful preparation for hearings. His work in the court system and in private practice has centered on litigation and courtroom proceedings. He brings the procedural knowledge learned as a clerk into his advocacy on behalf of clients.
Orloski’s academic background in government followed by a law degree helped shape his view of the law as both a public institution and a set of tools for individuals. He has kept one foot in public service through his earlier clerkship and the other in private practice. The combination shows in how he prepares cases and presents them to judges and opposing counsel.
He maintains an active practice in Pennsylvania, handling matters that arise in the state courts and at the federal appellate level. He continues to work from the Orloski Law Office, representing clients and appearing in court on their behalf.
He currently practices at the Orloski Law Office, handling litigation and courtroom matters in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
