Kevin J. McManus took a winding path from the lecture halls of Notre Dame to the courtrooms and council chambers of the Kansas City area. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 and completed his J.D. at Saint Louis University School of Law in 2006.
