About Kevin Andrew
Kevin Andrew Pollock built a foundation in history before turning to law. He earned a B.A. in History from Rutgers University–New Brunswick/Piscataway in 1992. He completed his J.D. at Tulane University School of Law in 1996 and followed that with an LL.M. in Tax from New York University School of Law in 1999. Those degrees combine classroom study of legal doctrine and tax rules with specialized graduate training in taxation.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania. In 2006 he became the managing member of The Pollock Firm LLC, a role he continues to hold. Over the years he has handled matters that intersect estate planning and tax concerns, often working across state lines because of his multi-jurisdictional admissions. He maintains offices in both New Jersey and Florida, which serve as bases for client work and court appearances when required.
His professional affiliations include membership in the Mercer County Estate Planning Council, where he is currently a member, and the Bucks County Estate Planning Council, where he has been a member since 2018. Those memberships place him in regular contact with other practitioners, accountants and fiduciaries who work on wills, trusts, probate and related tax issues. His LL.M. in Tax informs how he approaches planning and administration questions that can carry tax consequences.
Colleagues and clients encounter an attorney whose training spans general law and specialized tax instruction. He has overseen firm operations since taking on the managing member role in 2006 and continues to practice through The Pollock Firm LLC. He works from offices in New Jersey and Florida and handles estate planning and tax matters in the jurisdictions where he is licensed.
