About Kenneth M.

Kenneth M. Rothweiler graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1981 after completing his undergraduate studies at Montclair State University. He entered the legal profession following law school and has spent decades practicing in Pennsylvania. His education provided a foundation in trial work and litigation practice that has shaped his ensuing career.

Rothweiler spent much of his professional life at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C., where he serves as a shareholder. He developed his courtroom practice there and has handled a wide range of civil litigation matters. Over the years he has taken cases to trial and handled complex pretrial work, applying procedural and substantive law to represent clients in contested matters.

Professional memberships have played a visible role in his career. He has been active in the Pennsylvania State Bar and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He is a current member of the Million Dollar Advocates Club and serves on the charter board of The Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania. Those memberships reflect ongoing involvement in both professional and issue-focused organizations that intersect with his caseload.

In 2011, Rothweiler served as president of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice. That yearlong leadership role placed him at the center of the state’s civil justice community and involved coordination with other lawyers and bar groups on matters of policy, continuing education, and professional standards. His work in that role drew on long-standing relationships in the legal community and an interest in the broader institutional aspects of legal practice.

Colleagues describe him as a lawyer who spends time preparing for trial and advocacy. He has focused on cases that require sustained fact development, witness preparation, and strategic litigation planning. He also participates in professional education and speaks to groups about trial practice and case management when invited.

Outside the office, Rothweiler’s board role with The Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania ties into his casework, particularly in matters involving catastrophic injury. His membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Club signals participation in cases that have resulted in significant verdicts or settlements, but his practice remains centered on individual client representation and courtroom advocacy.

He continues to practice as a shareholder at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C., representing clients in civil litigation matters in Pennsylvania. His current practice focuses on trial and litigation work for plaintiffs and injured parties.
