About Kenneth

Kenneth Golski entered law school after completing a political science and public relations degree at Syracuse University in 1987. He earned his J.D. from William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 1990. Those academic years framed an early interest in litigation and federal practice. Course work and internships during law school led him to pursue courtroom work rather than transactional practice.

He built his career in Virginia and in federal courts. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and has appeared in the Eastern District of Virginia, the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Over time his docket has included trials, bench hearings, and appellate briefs. He has handled matters that required navigation of federal procedure and sovereign-claims law, and he has argued before both trial and appellate tribunals.

Golski’s professional path has mixed private practice and federal-court work. Early on he gained experience managing case files and preparing pleadings in civil litigation. He then broadened that work to encompass federal claims and appeals. His litigation practice involves drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing appeals for higher courts. He often represents clients whose disputes touch on government contracts, federal procurement issues, or claims against the United States, though his practice is not limited to those areas.

At Golski Law Group, PLC, he represents individuals and businesses in state and federal forums. The firm handles pretrial strategy, evidentiary issues, and appellate work. He works closely with clients to define objectives, shape legal theories, and prepare cases for trial when necessary. He also collaborates with expert witnesses and opposing counsel to streamline issues for the court.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in courtroom preparation and direct in oral argument. He balances attention to procedural detail with a readiness to press factual narratives when a case requires it. Outside the courtroom he has contributed to case strategy and client counseling, often translating complex federal rules into practical next steps for clients.

He continues to practice at Golski Law Group, PLC, handling civil litigation, federal claims, and appeals in state and federal courts as his current practice focus.
