About Kelsey
Kelsey Crowley began her legal path at Rutgers University, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in 2014. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2016. Those years framed her interest in courtroom practice and prepared her for work in both state and federal arenas.
After law school Crowley entered litigation practice and took on matters that required appearances across multiple jurisdictions. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia, and she is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Those credentials underpin frequent courtroom work and filings in federal matters.
Crowley advanced to partnership at Caesar, Napoli & Spivak PLLC, where she has taken on a combination of case management, motion practice and trial preparation. Colleagues describe her as steady under pressure and precise in handling procedural posture and discovery. Her role at the firm includes mentoring junior lawyers and coordinating litigation strategy across teams.
Her professional memberships reflect an orientation toward trial practice. She holds current memberships in the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the New York State Bar Association. Those affiliations keep her connected to developments in trial rules, evidence practice and appellate trends that affect litigation tactics.
In court she emphasizes clarity in presentation. She prepares witnesses, parses expert reports and often handles dispositive motion work. She has experience moving cases from initial pleadings to settlement discussions or trial-ready posture. Her work touches on both state court calendars and federal dockets, and she has navigated procedural differences that arise between those systems.
Outside of hearings and motion calendars, Crowley spends time on case investigation and coordinating with experts. She prioritizes organization in complex matters and allocates resources to keep cases on schedule. At Caesar, Napoli & Spivak PLLC she combines courtroom work and case supervision in her day-to-day practice. Crowley currently focuses her practice on litigation in state and federal courts.
