About Aaron

Aaron Ser graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2019 after completing a B.S. at Pennsylvania State University, University Park in 2016. He arrived in law with a recent undergraduate foundation and a three-year legal education that placed him in the 2019 JD cohort. Those academic years shaped his early approach to practice and prepared him for admission to New York courts and several federal districts.

After law school, Ser joined Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf as an associate. At that firm he has worked on matters brought in state and federal venues. He is admitted to practice in New York and is also authorized to appear before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the District of Connecticut. Those admissions allow him to handle filings, hearings and appearances in several major trial courts across the region.

Ser maintains professional memberships that connect him to peers and to the broader legal community. He holds current membership in the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. He is also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. These memberships signal engagement with legal discourse beyond his daily caseload and provide him with access to continuing legal education, practice resources and committee work through established bar groups.

Colleagues describe his trajectory as that of an attorney building courtroom and litigation experience early in his career. The federal admissions he holds are frequently used by associates who litigate matters that cross state and federal lines. Ser’s role at his firm has included drafting pleadings, preparing discovery materials and participating in motions practice. He works alongside more senior trial lawyers and contributes to cases that require coordinated filings in different courts.

Today he practices at Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf, representing clients in matters filed in New York state courts and in the federal districts to which he is admitted. He continues to develop his courtroom experience through appearances and filings in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and in the District of Connecticut, where he represents clients in a range of litigation matters.
