About Keith Arlen
Keith Arlen Singer built his legal foundation in the early 1970s. He earned a B.A. in economics from Syracuse University in 1974 and completed his J.D. at Western New England University School of Law in 1977. Those years set the stage for a long career in New Jersey law.
