About Kathleen M.

Kathleen M. Bodenbach earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and went on to receive her J.D. from Marquette University Law School. She completed a legal education grounded in Wisconsin institutions. Those years provided classroom training and practical work that shaped her early approach to the law.

After law school she entered practice in Wisconsin and is admitted to the state bar. She holds current membership in the State Bar of Wisconsin. Those affiliations have kept her connected to developments in state law and to colleagues across the legal community.

Her professional path led her to Axley Brynelson LLP, where she serves as an attorney. At the firm she collaborates with other lawyers on client matters and contributes to the firm’s work across its practice areas. Her role involves direct client contact, legal research, and participation in case strategy and preparation.

Bodenbach’s background combines a public university undergraduate education with a law degree from a Jesuit institution in Milwaukee. That combination informs how she approaches legal problems: methodical, attentive to precedent and detail, and oriented toward practical solutions. She has applied that approach in filings, client advice and day-to-day legal work in Wisconsin courts and administrative settings.

She maintains an active membership in the State Bar of Wisconsin and takes part in professional activities that keep her current on changes in state law. Colleagues describe her as methodical in case preparation and steady in handling client communications.

In her current position at Axley Brynelson LLP, Bodenbach practices law in Wisconsin and focuses on serving clients’ legal needs within the state’s courts and administrative systems.
