About Karolina A.
Karolina A. Dehnhard received her law degree from New York Law School in 2009 after completing undergraduate and graduate studies in psychology at the College of Saint Elizabeth in 1999. Her academic path combined law and behavioral science, a blend that has informed both her legal reasoning and community involvement. She entered the bar environment at a time when many courts were adjusting to new procedural and technology demands, and she has continued to develop professionally since then.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey and admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Dehnhard practices law at Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. She works in both state and federal settings. That dual admission allows her to appear on a range of matters before New Jersey courts and the federal trial court that covers the state. At Lindabury she is part of a team that serves corporate and individual clients, and she has been involved in matters that require coordination across different fora.
Beyond her firm work, Dehnhard maintains an active role in professional associations. She holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Barry Croland Family Law Inns of Court, which connects practitioners and judges for discussion and education on family law topics. Those memberships keep her engaged with continuing legal education and the exchange of practical strategies among peers.
Dehnhard’s civic commitments extend to nonprofit and advisory roles. She serves as President of the Polish American Chamber of Commerce and sits on the boards of organizations such as Mongil Housing Corporation and Show Me Your Heart. She is on the corporate advisory board of the Boys & Girls Club of Union and has a role on the board of the Jersey Battered Women’s Service. Her participation on advisory boards for financial institutions, including Peapack Gladstone Bank and BNY Mellon, reflects an interest in governance and the intersection of legal and business concerns.
Locally, Dehnhard is involved in municipal affairs through the Zoning Board of the Township of Cranford. That service complements her nonprofit and business work and offers practical experience with land use and local regulations. She also maintains memberships with causes such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and serves as an ambassador for the Leading Women Entrepreneurs Short Hills Leadership Lounge.
Her practice combines courtroom work and advisory roles tied to municipal, corporate and nonprofit governance. She currently practices at Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., handling matters in state and federal courts and advising clients on municipal, corporate and nonprofit issues.
