About Justin C.
Justin C. Olsinski built his legal foundation in the Midwest and on Long Island. He earned a B.A. from Indiana University Bloomington in 2005 and completed his J.D. at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2009. Those years set the stage for a career centered in North Carolina.
Soon after law school he moved into practice. In 2010 he became a partner at Olsinski Law Office, a firm that bears his name. He practices under North Carolina jurisdiction and has been active in local legal circles for more than a decade.
His daily work is informed by courtroom experience and ties to local bar organizations. He joined the North Carolina Bar Association in 2009 and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association the same year. He became a member of the Mecklenburg County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association in 2011 and later joined the National College of DWI/DUI Defense in 2015. Those memberships reflect ongoing engagement with peers and professional development.
Colleagues describe him as someone who prefers clear arguments and thorough preparation. He often deals with criminal defense matters and cases that intersect with driving-related offenses, an area where he has sought specialized community through the National College of DWI/DUI Defense. He also handles other matters that arise in Mecklenburg County and nearby jurisdictions.
Olsinski’s practice blends trial work and client counseling. He heads case preparation, appears in hearings, and coordinates with experts when required. He approaches each matter by examining the facts closely and testing assumptions early. That approach shapes his courtroom strategies and his decisions about negotiation versus trial.
Outside courtrooms he maintains ties to local institutions and bar groups. Those connections provide access to changing rules, local practice norms, and continuing legal education. He has kept his memberships current and active for many years.
He remains a partner at Olsinski Law Office and works primarily on criminal defense and driving-offense matters in North Carolina. His current practice focuses on defending clients in state-level criminal and DWI matters.
