JuLyn M. Park is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Park is the managing partner at Lockhart Park, LLP, a law firm located in Santa Clara, California. She has been practicing law for over 24 years, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding regions.
Ms. Park earned her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1998. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Davis, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1992. During her time at Santa Clara University, she developed a strong foundation in legal principles, which has been instrumental in her successful legal career.
Ms. Park concentrates her practice in the areas of construction law, real estate law, and insurance defense. She represents property owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers in matters involving construction defects, contract disputes, and insurance coverage issues. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout her career, Ms. Park has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Santa Clara, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has also appeared before various appellate courts in California. Prior to founding Lockhart Park, LLP, she worked as an associate at Berg & Parker, LLP from 1999 to 2005, and at LaMore, Brazier, Riddle & Giampaoli from 2008 to 2012.
Ms. Park is an active member of the California State Bar Association. She is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She has been recognized for her contributions to the legal community and is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients. Ms. Park is fluent in English and Korean, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse clientele in the San Francisco Bay Area.
