Robert G. Harris is an attorney whose career has been rooted in California courts and federal district courts across the state. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in 1983 and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco in 1986. After law school, Harris built a practice that led him into federal litigation and state-level work. He is admitted to practice in California and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
