Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including General Counsel and Staff Judge Advocate, where he developed his skills in legal strategy and client representation. Most of his experience comes from his extensive work within the military legal system. He served as Chief of International Affairs and Deputy Staff Judge Advocate, roles that required him to navigate complex legal issues involving military personnel. His tenure as Deputy Chief Counsel and Assistant General Counsel further solidified his expertise in operational and intelligence law. Each of these roles contributed to his knowledge of family law and mediation.

He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and has completed the Georgia Mediation Certification.
