Nathan Aaron Perea is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Perea is the managing attorney at Perea Law, APC, a law firm located in Temecula, California. He has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients throughout Southern California, particularly in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Mr. Perea earned his Juris Doctor degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, graduating in 2003. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Cruz, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics in 1997. During his time at UCSC, he participated in the Chancellor's Undergraduate Internship Program, serving as a student liaison with the University's housing department. At Lewis & Clark, he received a scholarship from the Oregon State Bar Association and clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon.
Mr. Perea concentrates his practice in the areas of business transactions, real estate transactions, construction contracts, employment law, elder abuse, personal injury, and estate planning. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, premises liability, product liability, negligent hiring, negligent supervision, and elder abuse. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Perea has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a public entity defense firm in Southern California.
Mr. Perea is an active member of the Riverside County Bar Association and the San Bernardino County Bar Association. He has received numerous philanthropic awards, including the Unforgettables Foundation’s Heart Award for commendable philanthropic activities in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. He has also received Certificates of Recognition for his philanthropic work from State Senator Richard D. Roth, the County of San Bernardino, and the California State Legislature Assembly. Mr. Perea is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
