About Joseph
Joseph Klein trained first as an accountant and then as a lawyer. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the City University of New York’s Brooklyn College in 1997. He later completed his Juris Doctor at Brooklyn Law School, receiving his degree in 2004.
Before turning to the law, Klein built a professional foundation in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. That credential shaped his early professional interests and informs how he approaches legal problems involving numbers, records and financial systems.
Klein moved into legal practice after law school and eventually co-founded Korsinsky & Klein LLP. As a founding partner he helped shape the firm’s structure and staffing. He practices in both New York and New Jersey, handling matters that benefit from an understanding of accounting practice as well as legal principle.
