About Joseph

Joseph Eisenstadt began his legal path with degrees from the University of Vermont and Emory University School of Law. He received a B.A. in 2000, then completed his J.D. in 2003. Those formative years set a steady course toward public service and private practice.

Fresh out of law school, Eisenstadt entered public prosecution. In 2003 he joined the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office as an assistant district attorney. The role placed him in court frequently. He handled the day-to-day demands of trial work and learned to manage files under pressure.

After several years at the DA’s office, he moved to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in 2007 as an assistant attorney general. That position expanded his exposure to statewide legal issues and regulatory matters. It also exposed him to the workings of government litigation and gave him experience beyond local prosecution.

By 2011 Eisenstadt shifted back toward private practice and became a partner at Eisenstadt Law. That move marked a new phase: running a practice, overseeing client matters, and managing business responsibilities. His time in private practice followed earlier years in public service and built on the courtroom experience he had already gained.

Eisenstadt remains involved in the local bar. He is a current member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, where he maintains ties to colleagues across the state. Those connections keep him informed about developments in Massachusetts law and the bar community.

He now practices at Eisenstadt & Krippendorf Group, LLP. His career traces a consistent thread: courtroom work, service in state government, and private firm practice. Today he draws on that background in his day-to-day work at Eisenstadt & Krippendorf Group, LLP, where his practice centers on the matters handled by the firm.
