About Joseph
Joseph Dunn built his legal foundation in the classroom. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 1986 and completed his law degree at St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1990. Those academic years set the stage for a long period of practice in Texas.
After graduating law school, he began practicing in Texas and has remained active in the state’s legal community. His career spans more than three decades, during which he has maintained memberships in both the San Antonio Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Those affiliations have kept him connected to local colleagues and to developments in state law.
Over the years he has handled matters that required familiarity with Texas courts and procedures. He has worked directly with clients, prepared legal filings, and participated in hearings and negotiations. The practical work of representing individuals and businesses has been a steady feature of his career since the early 1990s.
Membership in the San Antonio Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas has provided ongoing opportunities for professional development. He has taken part in continuing legal education programs and community events organized by those groups. Such engagement has helped him stay current on statutory changes and emerging case law that affect clients in Texas.
Colleagues and contacts describe a lawyer whose practice is rooted in routine legal work and long-term relationships. He has combined classroom training from two Texas institutions with years of hands-on legal practice. That combination has informed how he approaches case preparation, client counseling, and courtroom procedures.

He tends to emphasize clear communication, thorough preparation, and timely responsiveness in client matters. Those priorities have guided his handling of everyday legal problems as well as more complex matters.
He continues to practice law in Texas and remains an active member of the San Antonio Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. He currently practices law in Texas.
