About Joseph

Joseph Dallo trained first as an engineer before turning to law. He earned a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in 2002. He then attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and received his J.D. in 2007. That combination of technical and legal training has shaped how he approaches client problems.

After law school he established a private practice that reflects his interests in planning and financial stewardship. He is the founder of Dallo Estate Planning, PLLC. Over time he built a practice that handles estate-related matters, probate work and issues touching on fiduciary responsibility. He works with individuals and families on arranging how assets move after death and on the practical steps required when someone becomes unable to manage their affairs.

Dallo holds several industry certifications that complement his legal training. He is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert through the National Association of Realtors. He also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® credential from Fi360. Those credentials inform his work on transactions and on the investment and trustee decisions that can arise in estate and trust administration.

His practice reads like a bridge between legal documents and real-world financial choices. Clients encounter wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives. They also face questions about managing property, probate court procedures and the duties of executors and trustees. He has built a caseload that reflects those intersections and the practical demands of administering an estate or acting as a fiduciary.

Dallo is licensed to practice in Michigan. He maintains a local practice and works directly with clients on planning, document drafting and estate administration. He often assists families who need clear, organized steps for transferring assets or for handling the responsibilities that follow a death or incapacity.

He founded Dallo Estate Planning, PLLC and continues to operate the firm. He provides counsel on estate planning, probate and related fiduciary and real estate matters.
