Jonathan Noel Osder is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1994. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Osder earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1993, where he served as the Comments Editor of the University of San Francisco Law Review. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1989. During his time at Berkeley, he developed a strong foundation in critical thinking and analysis, skills that have been instrumental in his legal career.
Mr. Osder concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving patent prosecution, litigation, and portfolio management. Mr. Osder is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law. He is also a certified mediator through the California State Bar's Alternative Dispute Resolution program. Mr. Osder is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
