About Jonathan Kelley
Jonathan K — Winemiller is a partner at The Walthew Law Firm in Seattle, Washington. He has been practicing law since 1998, focusing on personal injury and workers' compensation cases. He earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 1997.
In 2005, Washington Law Magazine recognized him as one of the state's brightest young lawyers in the field of workers' compensation. He has also served as chair of the Washington State Bar Association's Trial Advocacy Program for three consecutive years, mentoring numerous young attorneys. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, and the Washington State Association for Justice.
He is also an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In addition to his legal practice, he enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle with his four children.
