Sims G — Weymuller is an attorney at Schroeter Goldmark & Bender in Seattle, Washington. He has been licensed to practice law in Washington since 2002. The firm, located at 401 Union Street, Suite 3400, handles cases in personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, and legal malpractice. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in 2002.
During law school, he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. He also co-founded GreenLaw, an environmental litigation project, and was invited into the National Order of Barristers. Prior to law school, he graduated with honors in political science from Kenyon College in 1996. He also participated in the Oxford University Associate Student Programme in 1995.
His practice focuses on professional negligence, product liability, and catastrophic injury cases in both state and federal courts. He has handled medical malpractice cases involving birth trauma, delayed diagnosis, and surgical errors. He has a particular interest in brain and spinal cord injuries and has developed a understanding of the needs of those who have suffered these types of injuries and the challenges they face. He has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyers magazine from 2015 to 2025.
He has also returned to UW Law as an adjunct faculty member, teaching practical trial advocacy to law students. He lives in West Seattle with his wife and their two sons. In his free time, he coaches youth baseball and enjoys fly fishing.
