About Jonathan
Jonathan Gigele earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2011. He completed the formal legal education that set the stage for a practice centered on elder and estate matters. The academic background gave him the tools to work through complex statutory and fiduciary issues.
After law school he began practicing in Florida and maintains admission in that jurisdiction. Over the years he has developed experience in probate administration, trust matters, and guardianship work. He handles document preparation and estate administration tasks, and represents clients in proceedings before probate courts.
Gigele is active in professional circles related to his work. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section and the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section. He also serves on the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Probate and Guardianship Practice Committee. These memberships keep him connected to rule changes and local court practices that affect estate, trust, and guardianship proceedings.
His practice has involved advising families and fiduciaries on estate planning instruments, probate filings, and trust administration. He prepares wills, trust instruments, and powers of attorney, and assists clients through the probate process when an estate must be settled. In guardianship matters he works with families and court-appointed guardians to address capacity assessments and court petitions.
Gigele practices at Kitroser & Associates, where he works alongside colleagues in related practice areas. The office environment places him in a setting that handles elder law issues alongside real property and probate matters. Within that context he consults on transactional documents and represents clients in contested and uncontested proceedings when necessary.
He contributes to discussions on procedural developments through committee work and professional section involvement. That engagement offers a channel for staying current on legislative changes and case law that influence elder law and probate practice. Colleagues and local practitioners rely on those committees for guidance about court practice and guardianship procedures.
Clients typically see him for estate planning, trust oversight, probate administration, and guardianship petitions. He approaches each matter with careful attention to statutory duties and court requirements. He currently concentrates his practice on elder law, probate, trust matters, and guardianship in Florida.
