Mr. Peek earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1990. Prior to this achievement, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Studies from the University of South Alabama in 1983. This strong educational foundation gave him the skills necessary to navigate complex legal issues. His extensive legal experience spans both state and federal courts, where he has represented clients across Alabama and Florida. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama, as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.
