About John Pasquale
John Pasquale Attiani built his foundation in the classroom. He earned a B.S. from Villanova University and went on to receive his J.D. from Temple University. Those years shaped a career that spans private practice and roles at boutique firms.
He opened the Law Office of John P. Attiani in 1994. Running a solo practice offered him early responsibility. He handled intake, client counseling and case management. The practice placed him in direct contact with clients and the varied work of day-to-day legal practice.
In 2019 he added two shorter-term positions to his résumé. He served as a lawyer at Divorce Lawyers at Divorce Done Right and also joined Petrelli Previtera, LLC that same year. Those roles followed decades of independent practice and brought him into different office environments and team structures. They show a lawyer who has moved between managing his own practice and collaborating inside law firms.
Attiani is licensed to practice law by the Pennsylvania State Bar and practices in that jurisdiction. He maintains professional association membership. He has experience handling the responsibilities that come with a long-running practice, from client intake to representation in filings and court appearances. Over time he has accumulated practical knowledge about the mechanics of running cases, keeping files current and working with opposing counsel.
Colleagues and clients have encountered him in a variety of settings: managing a solo practice, operating inside a small firm and contributing at established firms. That breadth of settings has given him perspective on how different office structures operate and how casework gets handled from start to finish. He has practiced law during periods of technological and procedural change in the courts, adapting office procedures and case management to meet new demands.
Today he is affiliated with Petrelli Previtera, LLC. He continues to serve clients in Pennsylvania and remains active in professional circles. His current practice focuses on serving clients through his work at Petrelli Previtera, LLC and related legal engagements in Pennsylvania.
