About Caroline G.

Caroline G. Osborn graduated from Drexel University School of Law in 2016 and built a practice centered on family law matters. She entered the profession at a time when courts and clients were adapting to new procedural norms. Her legal training at Drexel provided the groundwork for courtroom work and client counseling that followed.

By 2020 Osborn was working in the field of family law. That year she served as a family law lawyer at Petrelli Previtera, LLC, listed as part of their divorce practice, and also worked as a lawyer with Divorce Lawyers at Divorce Done Right. Those roles placed her on the front lines of divorce cases, where she handled routine case tasks and the more complex procedural demands that arise in contested matters. She has experience preparing pleadings, participating in settlement discussions, and representing clients in hearings.

Colleagues and clients describe her approach as direct and pragmatic. She balances attention to legal detail with an awareness of the personal dimensions of family disputes. Her work often involves negotiation and problem solving, whether the matter centers on property division, child custody, or support. She assists clients in understanding the law and in weighing options at each stage of a case.

Outside of casework Osborn maintains active membership in a professional legal association. That involvement keeps her connected to current developments in family law and to peers in the same practice area. She continues to follow evolving rules and procedures that affect divorce practice and family court practice.

Osborn’s career path reflects steady movement into family law after law school. She practiced at two firms in 2020 that were devoted to divorce and related matters, developing day-to-day courtroom experience and client-facing skills. She handles legal filings, prepares witnesses, negotiates agreements and appears at hearings when necessary. Her background is rooted in Drexel’s law program and a sequence of early-career positions in Pennsylvania family law circles.

She currently practices family law.
