About Joel
Joel Feldman earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1981 and later returned to Villanova to complete a Master of Science in Counseling in 2013. The combination of legal training and counseling study informs how he approaches client contact and case preparation. He completed his formal education in Pennsylvania and has remained active in the state’s legal community.
Feldman is a partner at Anapol Weiss and works from the firm’s Philadelphia office. He has been identified as part of the firm’s leadership team and is regularly involved in litigation and courtroom work. Colleagues describe him as someone who balances courtroom advocacy with attention to the personal aspects of a client’s situation, an approach influenced by his graduate work in counseling.
Throughout his career he has maintained memberships in organizations that are central to trial practice. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and sits on the Trial Lawyers Care Committee. He also belongs to the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Association for Justice. Those affiliations keep him connected to developments in trial procedure, evidence, and advocacy tactics, and they provide forums for continuing education and peer exchange.
Feldman’s practice is grounded in litigation. He prepares cases for trial, conducts depositions, and represents clients in Pennsylvania courts. His dual background in law and counseling shapes how he prepares witnesses and communicates complex legal concepts to clients and jurors. He places emphasis on clear explanation and steady courtroom presentation.
Outside the courtroom he has been involved in professional committees and local bar activities tied to trial advocacy. Participation in the Trial Lawyers Care Committee reflects an interest in the professional and public-facing aspects of trial work. His involvement with state and local trial associations has also meant regular attendance at seminars and policy discussions that affect civil practice in Pennsylvania.
Today he continues to practice from Anapol Weiss’s Philadelphia office, representing clients in matters that require litigation and trial representation in Pennsylvania courts. He remains an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the Philadelphia Association for Justice while managing cases and advising clients from the firm’s Philadelphia office.
