About Joe
Joe Robles attended Texas A&M University School of Law starting in 2014 and earned his J.D. in 2018. He spent his law school years in Texas, graduating into a legal market where personal injury and veterans benefits claims often overlap. The law degree provided a foundation in civil procedure and trial practice that informs the work he does today.
Robles began his professional career at Bailey & Galyen Lawyers at Law in 2018, joining the firm as a personal injury lawyer. He entered the firm shortly after finishing law school and has concentrated on representing people hurt in accidents and other incidents that result in injury. He handles the full range of a personal injury matter. That includes taking initial client interviews, developing case theories, negotiating with insurers, and, when cases cannot be resolved, taking matters to court.
Alongside his work in personal injury, Robles holds accreditation from the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Veterans Benefits Lawyer. That credential authorizes him to assist veterans with claims before the VA. He represents veterans in benefit appeals and prepares the supporting documentation that such claims require. The combination of personal injury experience and VA accreditation positions him to help clients whose injuries affect both legal and administrative benefit claims.
Robles maintains active involvement in professional circles and holds current memberships in relevant associations. He participates in the routines of a law firm environment and works from Bailey & Galyen’s offices. Over the years he has handled cases for clients across Texas and developed familiarity with state court procedures and local insurance practices.
Colleagues describe him as a steady presence in case preparation and courtroom work. He approaches client matters in a practical way, focusing on the steps needed to advance a file and the evidence required to support damages and liability positions. That practical approach shapes how he evaluates settlement offers and when he recommends litigation.
He continues to practice at Bailey & Galyen Lawyers at Law. His current work centers on personal injury representation and assisting veterans with benefits claims in Texas.
