About JoAnne
JoAnne Eichelberger earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 1989. She completed a rigorous legal education at a time of shifting legal and economic landscapes. That early training laid a foundation for a career that has spanned more than three decades.
After graduating, Eichelberger entered legal practice. Over the years she handled the everyday tasks that mark a working lawyer’s life: advising clients, preparing filings, negotiating agreements and appearing in court when required. Those responsibilities have informed how she approaches legal questions. She combines methodical preparation with an eye for practical solutions.
Eichelberger maintains current memberships in professional associations. She has remained engaged with the legal community through those memberships, which provide opportunities for continuing legal education and peer exchange. Those activities have helped her stay abreast of changes in law and procedure as rules and technology evolved.
Her work style is straightforward. She breaks complex problems into manageable parts. She prepares thoroughly for hearings and meetings. She prioritizes clear communication so clients understand options and risks. Colleagues describe her as steady in the courtroom and direct at the bargaining table.
Public records and professional listings show a long tenure in the profession. That longevity reflects steady practice rather than headline-grabbing litigation or high-profile appointments. Eichelberger’s record is one of sustained practice, handling routine and urgent legal matters alike, and adapting to new developments in legal practice over time.
Outside the office, she has participated in the professional life of the bar through association activities and continuing education. Those roles have kept her connected to peers and current developments. They have also provided a forum for mentoring newer lawyers when the opportunity arose.
She continues to practice law, applying decades of training and hands-on experience to the matters she takes on. She currently concentrates her practice on providing legal services to clients in need of practical, day-to-day counsel.
