JoAnn Holmes is a business and intellectual property attorney based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She founded HOLMES@LAW, a firm dedicated to offering legal services to innovative companies across various industries. She earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1999 and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University in 1996.
Her legal career began in the Tech & Intellectual Property practice group at Troutman Sanders, a prominent Atlanta law firm. In her in-house roles, JoAnn served on business management and legal teams for international manufacturing companies, both public and private.
