JoAnn Holmes is a business and intellectual property attorney based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She founded HOLMES@LAW, a firm dedicated to offering legal services to innovative companies across various industries. Her legal career began in the Tech & Intellectual Property practice group at Troutman Sanders, a prominent Atlanta law firm. In her in-house roles, JoAnn served on business management and legal teams for international manufacturing companies, both public and private. She managed global intellectual property portfolios and negotiated licenses for businesses with products in over 70 countries.
