About Jessica
Jessica C — Roth is a family law attorney based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has been licensed to practice law in New Mexico since 2005. She is a partner at Armstrong, Roth, Whitley, Johnstone, LLC, located at 2201 San Pedro Dr. NE, Building 2, Suite 207, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2005. Prior to law school, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Information Technology at Syracuse University in 1997. In her practice, Jessica focuses on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and complex property division. She is a board-certified specialist in family law, having completed over 72 hours of additional training and secured peer and judicial recommendations within the New Mexico legal community.
Before joining Armstrong, Roth, Whitley, Johnstone in 2018, Jessica worked at New Mexico Legal Group, P.C. from 2009 to 2018. She also served as an attorney at the Law Offices of Lynda Latta, LLC from 2005 to 2009. Jessica has been recognized for her professional achievements, including being selected as a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star in 2015.
She is also a member of the New Mexico Collaborative Practice Group Inc., serving on the Collaborative Symposium Planning Committee and as a former chair. Outside of her legal practice, Jessica contributes to the community as a pro bono settlement facilitator for the Peter H. Johnstone Pro Bono and Pro Se Project. She is also the President of the Board of Serenity Mesa Recovery Center, a sober living facility for adolescents and young adults.
